In some cases, delivery may be delayed depending on the weather or your country’s customs. Dbgy Trending is not responsible for any delay of an item after being shipped. Please to be patient. Dbgy Trending is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes, import duties, or any other charges.

 

 

 Processing Time 

All orders are subjected to 2-4 days processing time. Please bear in mind that holidays and weekends are not included.

 

 Lost or Stolen Packages 

Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported to the carrier as a claim.  Dbgy Trending is Not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows delivered to the address you provided and you have not received it, please contact your carrier immediately.

 

 Refund and Return Policy

Once we’ve agreed to cancellation of an item you’ll be given a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are solely the customer’s responsibility. Customer’s returning an item will be responsible for paying shipping cost again.

2.        Items must be sent back to DBGYTRENDING within 2-5 days from the delivery date.

3.        Absolutely no exchange and return on sale items.

4.        All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed   and free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks.

5.        Original tags must be attached.

6.        Swimwear and bodysuit are non-refundable.

7.        Returning of merchandise shipping fees should be paid by customers.
